Breakfast in the hotel. During the morning, the group will meet with the local guide to start exploring the city and its Modernist Architecture . The guide will take the group through the main points of interests of the city, such as Passeig de Gracia, Plaza de Cataluña, but this tour will be focused in the most attractive era of Barcelona: the modernist. They will visit the most famous art pieces of Gaudí, such as the Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, visit la Casa Battllo or Pedrera and let be immerse in the city. After all those visits, the group will have an organised lunch in a restaurant placed in an old palace and the group will have a private room with a intimate decor. Return to the hotel. Rest if the day at leisure.

Breakfast in the hotel. The group will have an organised Cooking Experience with a local chef. Once the group meets their chef, this wonderful experience will go through first in the Boqueria Market, where they will learn about the local products and how it works in Spain a market; later they will go to the cooking class, where the chef will teach how to make paella & sangria. In case the client wants to teach it could be arranged. They will enjoy their lunch cooked by themselves and return to the hotel. Time on their own.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, the group will go visit the outskirts of Barcelona, starting with the high mountain of Montserrat, where the Virgin Moreneta is located. They will see the Monastery and maybe if they are lucky, they will see the boys choir the oldest in Spain. On the way down to Barcelona, the group will visit a winery and taste their famous Cava (sparkling wine). Before returning they will have an authentic lunch in a traditional restaurant with wooden fire and local products and wine. Back to the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, the group will be transferred to the train station, where they will go to the fast train to Madrid. Time of travel 2 hours 30 min. AVE The group will be welcomed in Madrid by the guide and will go towards the hotel to drop the suitcases. Once they are ready, they will have a wonderful walking tour of Madrid. Starting from the hotel to Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, and stopping in the Mercado de San Miguel for some tapas and fun!

Breakfast at the hotel. The group will visit Segovia & La Granja. Known for its historical importance, the historical center brings many curiosities and enchant to the city. The group will visit the Alcazar and the Cathedral, both great example of the Spanish moment of expansion. This visit will also include a local lunch in Segovia with its traditional food. Return to the hotel. Time to rest.

Breakfast at the hotel. The former capital of Spain is Toledo, so here is a lot of history and specially when 3 religion lived together in peace and formed a wonderful city nowadays with many top of the line restaurants. The group will visit the Cathedral, Alcazar, Synagogue, and the work of El Greco, the painter. For lunch, the group will have a special place, with a lot of history and great cuisine. Return to Madrid, rest of the day at leisure.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, the group will meet to start the Wine Day. This will mean that they will visit the most relevant wine area, Ribera del Duero. In this case, visit 3 wineries and get to know the specification of each one and of course, taste the wine. The group will have an organised a light lunch during the wine tasting. Return to Madrid and time to refresh before enjoying the farewell dinner. The group will have a goodbye dinner in Madrid in one of a kind restaurant with a lot of history and excellent local products. Return to the hotel.
