You will be welcomed by our local representative in the MAD airport and transferred to the selected hotel according, in this transfer, you will have a brief panoramic tour of the city, so this way you will have a little notion of where most of the things are. You will have some time to rest and freshen up until this evening when you will have an organised welcome dinner.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, meet your local representative to start your La Mancha exploration. This exploration has to include some amazing flavours, and of course, we are stopping in a Manchego Cheese Producer, this is the best way for you to get to know how it is made and taste in the very best place. After tasting this cheese, we will continue to visit an excellent winery in La Mancha, Valdepeñas. You will taste the wine and also have lunch there too. After lunch, you will continue towards Almagro, where you will stay in the wonderful Parador de Almagro, the building is a former convent of the S XVI, very cosy and quiet, with swimming pool, interior patios, bright galleries and beautiful woods. Once checked in the hotel, you will have a walking tour of Almagro and if you want, you can have some tapas in Almagro or we will suggest you some places to go.

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast in the morning, we will go to the fields where we will see the Saffron flowers blossomed to the best moment of the year and day, being harvested from the field and going through the process of preparation. The place where we are going is considered to be one of the best saffron producers in the world due to the quality and strict regulations from the authorities. Perhaps if you would like, you could help a little in the field and see how it is done the collection and also the peeling. On the way back to Madrid, you will see the famous Windmills of Don Quijote and you will stop in the way in a Starred Michelin restaurant for lunch. Enjoy your lunch and then we will finish this trip to Madrid airport or maybe we can suggest you to continue your trip with more exciting experiences
