Day 01: Madrid
Welcome to Spain! You will be greeted by your travel expert in the airport to start your coming adventure. You will enjoy a panoramic safe city tour of Madrid on your way to your selected hotel in the outskirts of the city. During this panoramic tour you will see the elegant Serrano St, La Castellana Ave and the museum of Prado & Atocha train station before you head up north to the mountains. Check in the hotel and rest of the day at leisure.

Day 02: Madrid - Avila
Breakfast in the hotel. Wake up with the fresh air from the Mountains before you start your coming adventure, visit a goat farm where they make their own local goat cheese and learn about being a shepherd. During this tour you will visit the facilities and have an extraordinary experience with nature. After you have your visit and taste the local products, you will head to San Lorenzo del Escorial, where you will have an extraordinary Michelin Star Restaurant and after your meal, you will visit the famous San Lorenzo del Escorial Monastery. Once considered one of the 8 Wonders of the World, this is a spectacular building from the XVI where the royal family has their crypt. After your visit, continue towards your next destination, Avila. A perfect place of retreat, historically St Theresa and many other religious & politicians tend to have their stay to think about life with its calming atmosphere. Check in and rest of the day at leisure.

Day 03: Avila - Salamanca
Breakfast in the hotel. Meet your travel expert to take you for a brief tour around Avila to understand the importance of this wonderful place before you continue toward Salamanca, with a very important stop in Guijuelo, where the famous Spanish Ham is made. Drive through the Dehesas where the pigs are fed with acorn and get to know the ham production and have a visit to one of the best factory and learn about the production and learn about the product and of course some tasting. After the tour you will have an organised lunch to taste what is the best of the local products. Then continue to Salamanca, where you will check inn have the rest of the day to stroll around this wonderful city.

Day 04: Salamanca - Ribera del Duero
Breakfast in the hotel. Meet your travel expert to take you to one of the best wine region in Spain, Ribera del Duero. You will have a beautiful drive through wineries until you reach your destination, where you will visit a winery to try these wonderful wines straight from the source. After the winery visit, have a relaxing lunch with the best food to pair it with. After lunch enjoy your drive to the hotel and rest of the day to enjoy the property.

Day 05: Ribera del Duero - Leon
Breakfast in the hotel. Meet your travel expert to take you to your next destination: Leon. During this trip you will have a well deserve detour to what is considered the best meat restaurant in the world, who grown their own oxen and converted their winery into a charming restaurant in the caves. Enjoy your wonderful meal and relax in the nature, no rush for you, enjoy every breath of your trip. Continue to Leon, check in and rest of the day at leisure to explore the Barrio Húmedo, great for tapas.

Day 06: Leon - Ribeira Sacra
Breakfast in the hotel. Meet your travel expert to take you to the next destination, Ribeira Sacra, which means Sacred Riverbank, this is a gorgeous stop to enjoy the tranquility of the river and nature. Along these riverbanks you will see big stone formation shaping these terraces perfect for the vines that was planted by the romans in the century I and later on spoiled by the monks during many centuries. Enjoy a sailing tour on the Sil River with a reduced group and taste the local delicacy with the region grape, Godello. Proceed to the hotel and check in and enjoy the relaxing place.

Day 07: Ribeira Sacra - Rias Baixas
Breakfast in the hotel. Today you will go towards the Galician coast, the Rias Baixas. This region is well known as summer destination for its beautiful sand beaches and the excellent gastronomy. Once you arrive in the destination, you will enjoy a sailing tour to explore the coastline and sicker how the muscles and scallops are grown. During this tour enjoy the freshest muscle with some white wine. Continue to the hotel, where you will have time to relax and enjoy the wonderful sea views.

Day 08: Rias Baixas - Finisterre
Breakfast in the hotel. Meet your travel expert and proceed to your next destination, what is considered to be the End of the World during the roman empire, Finisterre. Along this journey, you will stop in Santiago to explore the wonderful city where the Apostle remains makes this as the last pilgrimation (still walking nowadays) destination in the Christian world. Visit the famous Cathedral and walk through the cobbled stone streets until you reach your next destination to have some local delicacies as a light meal. Continue your tour to Finisterre, where you will stay in a beautiful hotel located in a lighthouse. Check in and have some time to relax, breath in and enjoy the location before your organised farewell dinner.

Day 09: Finisterre - Santiago de Compostela
Breakfast in the hotel. Meet your travel expert and you will be transferred to the Santiago de Compostela airport for your ongoing trip.
