Salamanca is one of the most historical cities in Spain, that nowadays it is still has its charming city center that enchants any visitor. With a strong University life. With this stop, we also bring into the itinerary the famous Jamón de Guijuelo, where you will learn about the famous Spanish Ham,

Cáceres: Located in Extremadura, this city has one of the enchanting city thanks to the architecture and the stones used to built it. Surrounded by a gorgeous pasture where acorn is grown to feed the most delicious black pigs.

Alentejo: The countryside of Portugal, here is where most of the produces are made, the extremely high quality ensures that life here is worth living, although it has a special pace.

Day 01: Madrid - Ribera del Duero (D)

Pick up from your location in Madrid to start your exciting Ultimate Gastronomical Experience in Spain & Portugal. Today the journey will start from Madrid to your next stop: Ribera del Duero winer region. This region is known for its welcoming and comfortable landscape, enjoy being close to the Duero River one of the most important in Spain & Portugal. Once you check in your hotel, time to rest and refresh before your organised dinner in the Michelin Star Restaurant in the hotel. Menu: To Be Defined Distance: Madrid - Ribera del Duero: 2 hours aprox.

Day 02: Ribera del Duero (B, L)

Breakfast in the hotel. Today you will explore this wine region, visiting Abadia Retuerta winery and visit another winery and have lunch in another Michelin Star Restaurant: Ambivium that belongs to Pago de Carrovejas winery. Enjoy your wine tasting and your lunch and return to the hotel to enjoy the facilities on your own.

Day 03: Ribera del Duero - Leon (B, D)

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast in the hotel before departing towards Leon. Enjoy your drive through the Castilla to reach your destination Leon. This city is well known for its gastronomical culture in the Barrio Humedo and excellent products in the region. You will check in the hotel and rest until your organised dinner in El Parador de San Marcos. Menu: To Be Defined Distance: Ribera del Duero - Leon: 2 hours aprox.

Day 04: Leon (B, L)

You will have an outstanding breakfast in the hotel restaurant and get ready to meet your guide and start discovering this amazing city. It is known that this city has one of the most beautiful Cathedral in Spain, visiting the Barrio Humedo, visit one of the only palaces built by Gaudi outside Barcelona, understand the history of this city and the medieval exciting life. During this tour, you will have a tapas lunch in a traditional way enjoying the best products of the region. Return to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure.

Da 05: Leon - Salamanca (B, L, D)

Breakfast in the hotel. Today the trip will include a stop in between your origen and destination, you will stop in one of the best Steak Restaurants in the World: Bodega del Capricho. This is a one of a kind place that is located in a small town where they grow outstanding oxen that you can enjoy in the winery cave where the restaurant is located. After your wonderful steak meal, you will continue towards Salamanca where your hotel is located. At your arrival you will be welcomed by the hotel staff and give you a welcome drink while you are introduced to the property and its history. Time to relax and you will have the chance to freshen up before your organised dinner in the hotel. Menu: To Be Defined Distance: Leon - Salamanca: 2 hours aprox.

Day 06: Salamanca (B, L)

Enjoy this amazing farm to table breakfast in the hotel. Today you will visit Salamanca, a beautiful city in Spain, your tour will include visiting not only 1 Cathedral, but two, the old one and the new one, include walking through the old neighbourhood and have some tapas in the Main Square. Before returning to the hotel, you will have an organised lunch with local products. Return to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. We suggest you to visit the Cheese room in the hotel.

Day 07: Salamanca - Caceres (B, D)

Enjoy our breakfast in the hotel. Today your trip will go to Caceres, crossing into the new area of Spain: Extremadura. This is the region where you will see the famous “Dehesas” the field where olives grows naturally and the famous Iberian pigs grow freely eating acorn and then producing the Jamon Pata Negra. Gastronomy here is extremely important, focusing always in high quality products. During this trip, we suggest to stop in Toro, a famous wine area that produces an outstanding wine, if desired we can arrange a winery tasting and visit. Once you reach your new destination, enjoy this historical area, Caceres is a one of a kind medieval city. Take your time to freshen up before your organised dinner in your Michelin Star Restaurant. Day 08: Caceres (B, L)

Breakfast in the hotel. After lunch in the hotel, meet your local guide in the hotel lobby to start your walking tour of Cáceres. We want you to see the most beautiful part of the city, which is at the end of the day, when the color of the sky is unique and the energy is completely different and you will also get into the Spanish culture of Tapas. Return to the hotel.

Day 09: Caceres - Sao Lourenço (B, D)

Enjoy our elegant breakfast in the hotel. Today your trip will go across the borders and you will go to Portugal in the Alentejo. This area is extremely interesting and rich, you have great products, amazing hills on the top of the mountain, white villages and of course, a rich gastronomy historically. Once you cross the border, we suggest you to visit Vila Viçosa, which is one of the most important marble producers in the world, and it is impressive to see a village where even the streets are made with marble. Once you arrive in your next hotel, time to relax and enjoy its facilities. Perhaps start with a wine tasting on your free time. At the scheduled time, join the organised dinner in the hotel. Day 10: Sao Lourenço (B, D)

Breakfast in the hotel. Today you will meet your local guide in the hotel lobby to start a winery expedition. This will consist in visiting the winery in this region and understand quite a bit of the Portugues wines at once.
